Formula, source and limits

Product cost and reference price multiply each component by its quantity per bundle. The two components must be different stock items.

Complete bundles = the smaller of floor(stock A ÷ quantity A) and floor(stock B ÷ quantity B). Committed or unavailable stock should already be excluded.

Contribution subtracts component costs, entered shipping/packing, percentage and fixed fees, and ad cost. The break-even price rounds up to the next cent.

The reference is the same items in one undiscounted basket, with the same shipment and ad costs. Separate-order shipping savings or increased demand are not assumed.

A price floor is not a recommended price. Customer-paid shipping, returns, tax, overhead and unentered costs are excluded. Bundle discounts may stack with other offers. Real inventory tracking and price updates remain in your store.
